From the west
Follow A1/E22 towards Hamburg and change at junction Hamburg-Süd to follow A255/U85 in direction Veddel. At Veddel follow road B4and turn than left into Amsinckstraße. Follow this road in direction Hauptbahnhof (main station). Use the very left line but do not use the channel. Drive straight passing Deichtorplatz and turn into Pumpenstraße and drive straight to Burchardplatz. The Chilehaus is on your left.

From the north
Follow A7/E45 and use exit Bahrenfeld in direction city centre. Follow Von Sauer-Straße and Stresemannstraße. At Neuer Pferdemarkt follow the main road right (Budapester Straße) and cross Millerntorplatz and Millerntordamm to enter Ludwig-Erhard-Straße. Follow this road passing Rödingsmarks and leading into Ost-West-Straße until you see Underground Messberg. Do not use the channel but the very left line to turn left into Obernbaumbrücke and left again into Pumpenstraße..Drive straight into Burchardstraße and the Chilehaus on your left.

From the east
From A1/E22 and A24/E26: At Motorway cross Hamburg-Ost follow A24/E26 in direction Jenfeld until Horner Kreisel. Follow Sievekingsallee in direction city centre, pass underground Berliner Tor until Hauptbahnhof (main station) is on your right. At underground Steinstraße turn left into Steintorwall and right into Altstädter Straße until you reach Burchardplatz. The Chilehaus is on your left.

From the south

By taxi or use the Airport shuttle to Hauptbahnhof (main station). Pass main station and use the exit South to Mönckebergstraße follow this street 500m and turn left at C&A (Warehouse) go straight and cross Steinstraße and the Chilehaus is just opposite.

By Railway and/or Public Transport
From main station use U1 (blue) to station Messberg (two stops)
